We congratulate Corey Bacal Switzer: his project on Baumgartner's Axiom and the Structure of Dense Sets of Reals received one of the "Principal Investigator Projects" of the FWF.
The project will investigate the well known Baumgartner's Axiom concerning the possible isomorphism types of dense sets of reals. In particular it will look at the connections between this axiom and other areas of set theory as well as further relationships to geometry and topology.
