Colloquium Logicum 2024

The Colloquium Logicum is organized every two years by the "Deutsche Vereinigung für Mathematische Logik und für Grundlagenforschung der Exakten Wissenschaften" (DVMLG).

This year the logic conference will be held from 7 to 9 October 2024, in the Sitzungs- and Johannessaal of the OeAW, Dr. Ignaz Seipel-Platz 2, A-1010 Vienna (Passing the porter, through the glass door, take one of the two staircases in front of the assembly hall to the first floor.)

Additionally there will be an awarding ceremony with the Ernst-Zermelo-Ring, the PhD Colloquium 2024
and the “The boundaries of mathematics – From Gödel to the study of large infinites” lecture of von Platon and Woodin.

1. The conference will cover the whole range of mathematical logic and the foundations of the exact sciences.

2. In addition there will be a PhD Colloquium, the Young Academy Distinguished lecture Series, with the first ever award ceremony for the Ernst Zermelo-Ring, and a session celebrating 150 years of set theory.
